In Corporate Law
We intervene at the stage of the creation of companies, transfers (transformations, acquisitions, disposals in particular), but also in the event of difficulties (entry of investors to strengthen equity capital, etc.).
To this end, we are involved in the drafting of all your legal documentation, from the minutes of your ordinary and extraordinary shareholders' meetings to your partnership agreements. We will also intervene, to this end, in business transfers, deeds of transfer of securities, negotiations and drafting of GAP (asset and liability guarantee) and subsequent formalities (transfer of the registered office of the company that sold its business, change of the manager of the company whose securities were transferred or acquired, ...). We will accompany you until the closing of your acquisitions, disposals and more generally your projects. -
Coaching - decision support
Our proximity to our clients and our willingness to give you the best advice on business, commercial or social rights, leads us to be a real decision support department for your company and to set up a support and coaching service for executives or managers, in order to provide them with the fundamentals of good practices, ... especially social ones.

In Employment Law
We strive to help you manage your labour relations to make them as fluid as possible. In this matter, the key words are "anticipation", "temperance" and "coherence". We will be at your side for the establishment of contracts and the procedures to be undertaken (strategy of sanctions, dismissals for personal reasons, for economic reasons, ...).
-
In Commercial Law
We intervene in the drafting of your leases to your commercial agreements (commercial cooperation contracts, license agreements ...), always respecting your priorities. Each contract is unique, since each contract is the translation of your activity

Legal Audit
It can be very reassuring and structuring to have legal audits carried out. For example: Before buying a business or the shares of a company, know what to expect and secure the financial and operational conditions of your arrival. Before selling your business, know how it works and how it was built. In order to make progress and/or prevent difficulties, know how to take stock from time to time.
